Supportive Attitude for Healthcare

Health care is the term which refers to the maintenance of health by controlling and managing the illness and diseases, for both mental and physical fitness. But most of us do not consider the mental disorders as a part of health. Even the social well being is included in the world health organization’s definition of health. Health is incomplete without social well being.

More over, the social problems make a person psychologically and physically ill. So it can not be excluded from the definition of health. The minor depression and tension caused by the social situations which are unfavorable are unhealthy. And every unhealthy activity will be considered as the illness or disease. Most of us have no awareness about the importance of health and its care.


The maintenance of health is necessary for us if we want to live a happy and energetic life. The social attitudes must be changed regarding health care people are not conscious of the diseases that spread by various sources. The protection from depression and anxiety is also what is health care. The need of this time is that we must have a favorable attitude towards health care. The health care involves treatment and health counseling but how many of us bother to seek such services?

The developed country citizens are more conscious of health care as compare to the developing country nationals. The developing countries usually have poor sanitation and health management facilities. Along with this they lack awareness about the importance of health care. Due to immense poverty, people of developing countries allocate very low budget to the health care services. Similar is the case with the governments of the developing nations. They spend very low amount of GDP on the health care of the citizens. The supportive attitudes can be developed only if the non governmental organizations play their role in this regard.

The non governmental organizations are the only means through which prosperity can be brought in the developing countries. The awareness of the people can be increased by conducting advertisement campaigns, door to door counseling and through the work shops. The seminars must be conducted by advocating agencies which invite the doctors and health experts who can tell the people about health standards. The education institutions especially the schools, must arrange visits of doctors and experts to guide the students about the attitude which is desirable for health care management.

Exercises to Grow Taller

Exercise is also very important for a person who seriously wants to gain some height and grow taller. In order to stretch our body tissues and to produce required hormones we should consider the following exercises like sprinting, swimming and basketball. Other stretching exercises like bridges, hanging and toe-touching also help a lot. .

There are 3 levels of stretching exercises;

  • First one is to develop the tonal and back muscles.
  • Second one is decompression and straightening of spinal.
  • Thickening and regeneration of spinal disc.

These are the best and proven exercises as we don’t need to spend any money, so it’s affordable too. So at least we should perform these exercises. Remember one thing whatever you want to do, the most important thing is to be consistent in whichever thing you are involved.

Breathing is a very important method to grow taller, it seems to be funny and most of the people consider it false but it’s a fact. During the intake of oxygen, the oxygen is supplied to the blood through the blood capillaries. This action stimulates or activates the hormones which make them active and stronger.
